Groomer’s Shop is happy to offer FREE SHIPPING up to a cost of $299.00! We will contact you within 48 hours if shipping will be over $299.00, resulting in extra charges. Free shipping includes a delivery appointment and liftgate service to a commercial address. Residential shipping and other special circumstances will incur additional fees. Any additional shipping charges incurred at time of delivery will be billed to you, the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS
Returns are only accepted when manufacturer allows. Most returns will be subject to a 10-15% re-stocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be pre-authorized and cancelled in writing. A cancellation is only accepted if manufacturer allows. Most cancellations will be subject to a 10-15% fee. If item has already been shipped, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
